1. How long will it take for my order to arrive, and will I pay any customs fees?

Each canvas print is custom-made with meticulous care. Here’s a breakdown of our process:

Each piece is made to order in the USA.

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to carefully produce and prepare your artwork. After shipment, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

You can expect your order to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Fees, Customs & Duties

We provide free shipping across the United States.

Since all orders are produced and shipped domestically within the USA, no customs duties or import fees apply.

All applicable delivery costs are included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

2. What are the features of your canvas prints?

Our canvas prints are made from a durable cotton and polyester canvas composite (333 g/m²) with a special coating for rich, vibrant colors that last. Each piece is stretched over a sturdy radiata pine frame sourced from renewable forests, making it a more eco-conscious choice. Soft rubber dots on the back corners help keep the canvas stable and securely in place.

Choose the option that suits your space best with multiple sizes and finishes available: gallery wrapped, white frame, or black frame.

Please note: due to the production process, slight size variations of +/- 1/8″ may occur.

3. Can I frame the canvas prints?

Yes! Each canvas print comes professionally stretched on a sturdy wooden stretcher bar frame, meaning it’s ready to hang. Additionally, you can choose to have your canvas print framed with an elegant wooden frame in black or white. The frame depth is 1,25″.

4. How does shipping work?

We provide free shipping throughout the United States.

When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Can I return or exchange a canvas print?

Each canvas print is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

6. How do I care for my canvas prints?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your canvas print, avoid touching the canvas surface directly with your fingers. Instead, clean your wall art canvas prints gently with a soft, dry cloth only.

7. How to choose the right canvas print size for my interior?

If you plan to hang the canvas print above a sofa or bed, its width should be approximately 2/3 of the furniture’s width. Alternatively, if you want to create a focal accent wall, you can choose several smaller canvas prints and arrange them to create a gallery effect.

8. How to match canvas print colors with my interior decor?

If your interior has a neutral palette, you can choose vibrant canvas prints as an accent. On the other hand, if the room already features many colors, we recommend selecting canvas prints with calmer tones that complement the existing color scheme. Black and white canvas prints are versatile and suitable for both modern and classic interiors.

9. How to choose the right canvas print style?
