We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are made to order and typically require:
3–5 business days for production, and
2–3 business days for shipping after dispatch.
This means the estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days.
During peak periods, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer.
Shipping is free unless otherwise stated on the Website.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated on the Website, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and, where required, provide you with the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
7. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and ensure that delivery can be accepted at that address.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items simply because:
