Delivery Information

Production time: Orders are produced within 3–5 business days at our U.S.-based printing facility (Jondo Inc.).
Shipping time: Delivery within the United States typically takes 2–3 business days. During peak or holiday seasons, shipping may take up to 4-7 business days.
Shipping method: All orders are shipped directly from the U.S. using trusted courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and availability.
Free shipping: We offer free doorstep delivery – there are no hidden fees or extra shipping charges.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Delivery address: Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Customers are responsible for any errors in the provided address.
Product acceptance: Orders are delivered by the courier service. If no alternative recipient is specified, you must personally accept the delivery.
Inspection upon delivery: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products carefully for quantity and quality. By signing the courier’s delivery confirmation, you acknowledge receipt.
Defect reporting: Visible defects must be reported immediately upon delivery. Hidden defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Late claims will not be accepted.
Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, courier delays). Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.
Invoices: After payment, your invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
Liability limitation: The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information (e.g., wrong delivery address).
